Our beautiful grandaughter was born on 3rd June 2014. Neil maintained that he wouldn't be a good grandparent but from the very first moment he clapped eyes on SJ he was smitten. They formed a mutual admiration society and I'm certain that had he lived they would have got into all kinds of mischief together. His deepest regret was realising that he wouldn't see his beloved grandaughter grow up. He was sad beyond words when he thought that she wouldn't remember him as she grew older.
