Zip Wire Challenge

Story

The fastest Zip Wire in the world - where you can reach speeds of 100 miles an hour - is situated in North Wales. Because I didn't frighten myself quite enough last year when I abseiled down the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool I've signed up to do the Zip Wire. Still scared of heights. Still not sure what I've let myself in for. And I expect I will still be swearing as I do this! I've also roped James Lidert, Debbie and Georgia Flewers and hopefully Traci Good into this lunacy.

Feeling as sick as a chip this morning after watching a video of a previous zip wire challenge. At first I thought - that looks ok! Then I realised i was viewing the short zip. What followed was the big zipper. OMG. So my last amble into idiocy was the abseil down the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool and I dragged our daughter and my sister into that. This time Lee-anne refused point blank to do this challenge. I'm not sure if my sister has signed up either ( she did say she would but not had that confirmed) I thought maybe I was going to be doing this alone. But no! I was stunned and very very pleased when my sister in law Debbie Flewers and her daughter Georgia signed up. This morning I also learned that James Liderth has also signed up. James is the son of a couple of our oldest friends. So I'm not alone in my lunacy. It's good to know!
