So...my lovely girlfriend Sarah recently ran the Manchester marathon with her friend Lee-anne in aid of Roy Castle lung cancer foundation. I didn't know Lee-anne or her partner Hayley much before they ran it but heard they were good people...turns out that she lost her father to lung cancer in 2015 which also meant her mum, Netty, lost her husband 😐. They didnt have much notice and the story is below but basically...i am running the Lincoln half marathon and the London marathon in aide of the same charity as they are absolutely brilliant people.

Those of you who know me know that I am not a massive runner but at the end of the day Cancer sucks to fuck and if i can do my part I will!
